The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.



Your job duties will include:

• Provide support to branch personnel regarding Certificates, IRAs, Deceased, Trust, and other fiduciary accounts.


• Serve as the subject matter expert for designated account types and provide internal branch support.


• Process mailed and electronic requests, including follow-up on pending items and DNE notifications.
