About the Role

A Credit Controller who is responsible for managing arrears across a portfolio of clients investing in diverse property portfolio's consisting of commercial, industrial & retail properties. This is a full time position working 35 hours a week. The role will require working as part of a large team, maintaining regular and direct communication with the tenants within your portfolio to manage arrears on behalf of your clients, ensuring appropriate collection techniques are used. You will be required to work closely with our accounts teams including Client Accountants, Treasury Clerks and Property Managers to provide a best in class service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Communication with tenants by phone, email and letter
  • Maintaining Tenant database's with accurate details
  • Proactively contacting tenants based on their payment history
