We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable professional to join our Finance and Infrastructure team.

In this role, you will partner closely with ākonga (students), clients, and internal teams to manage accounts receivable and support timely debt recovery. You will lead day‑to‑day collection activities, negotiate payment plans, assist with StudyLink processes, and ensure all payments are accurately processed and recorded in line with legislative and organisational requirements.
