- Manage relationships with clients and internal pertaining to any issues in order to reduce exposure to potential bad debt
- Escalate potential risk and significant issues to management for timely resolution
- Verification of all newly created customers’ accounts
- Ensure that assessment / review of all customers’ credit facilities are done timely
- Follow up on critical accounts with lawyers and other third parties on early recovery of debts
- Ensure credit control processes and procedures are in compliance with Company standards and polices
- Supervise the credit control team and work closely with clients and internal business units to resolve dispute
