Credit & Collection Analyst

This position is responsible for customer credit assessment, accurate and timely billing, accounting of sales transactions, and effective accounts receivable and collection management for both the Singapore and Philippines entities. The role ensures prompt, professional, and objective responses to internal and external customer inquiries, auditor requests, and other stakeholder concerns. It serves as a key point of contact with customers to communicate and enforce compliance with company policies, systems, procedures, and applicable government regulations.

The position is also responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
