Creative Director

MBB Group is looking for a full-time, in-house Photographer / Videographer / Editor to join our team.

We run a multi-brand sports and performance ecosystem across Jakarta — training facilities, padel, HYROX, and more. There's a lot to shoot, and we want it shot properly.

What you'll do:

• Capture training, events, athletes, facilities, and lifestyle content across our brands
• Edit short-form for social and longer-form for brand and internal projects
• Own the visual output across the group end-to-end
• Travel domestically and internationally with the team when needed

What we're looking for:

• The highest standard in artistry and professionalism. We're not looking for good. We're looking for the person whose work makes other creatives stop and ask who shot it. Reliable on set, obsessive in the edit, uncompromising on the final frame.
