This position emphasizes collaboration and analysis to enhance customer interactions and overall business processes. You’ll document stakeholder requirements, transform insights into user-friendly stories, and contribute towards workflow automation. Your role will support both client onboarding and ongoing training in a rewarding team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Model and implement process automation solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams for effective CRM deliveries
• Validate designs against business and client requirements
• Facilitate client training and onboarding sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT required
• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst specializing in CRM
