Courier/ Operation Agent

We are seeking a reliable Courier/Operations Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general warehouse or logistics operations and be committed to working in a fast-paced and safe environment. As a Courier/Operations Agent, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, courier activities, and ensuring smooth workflow across the site.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with general operations tasks including freight recovery, sorting, scanning, etc.
• Covering courier driver routes when required (Mondays and Fridays)
• Supporting shift coverage during leave periods or operational peaks

Qualifications:

• MR License preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
