The Interval is a new counselling practice opening soon in Singapore.
We believe the years between adolescence and adulthood deserve more thoughtful attention than they typically receive. While significant focus is often placed on academic achievement, performance, and future pathways, the deeper work of identity formation, emotional wellbeing, relationships, belonging, and self-understanding is no less important.
Our work is centred on supporting adolescents and emerging adults through these years, while recognising that the most important context often exists beyond the counselling room. Families, schools, friendships, culture, and community all play a role in shaping how a young person understands themselves and navigates the world around them.
