Cost / Schedule / Controls Engineer / Specialist III (Edmonton)

Job Location: Edmonton, AB

Contract Length: 12 months

Work Schedule: Mon‑Fri 40 hrs/wk

Position Description: The Cost Estimator will perform cost estimate preparation for all Gate and Funding milestones for portfolio projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for developing cost estimates
• Engage with project team and functional team, including planner, scheduler and client accounting staff
• Assist in development of C&SE deliverables (includes Cost and Schedule Estimate, estimate basis documents, benchmarking analysis, etc.)
• Identify capital efficiency opportunities and risks on projects
• Minimal travel within Alberta may be required

Qualifications

• Advanced level proficiency in cost estimating
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
• 15+ years of experience working on projects
