About the Role

Responsibilities
Maintains the Project Staffing Plan in Excel (Project is Reimbursable to Client) 
Maintains and Controls the PPAF (Project Personnel Approval Register) on a day-to-day basis, reporting weekly to Project Manager and Client 
Runs the Manhours expenditure report weekly and issues this for Project Manager and Client approval (weekly). 
Reports on the Reimbursable Manhours monthly hours and cost (Budget / Actuals / Forecast) 
Provides inputs for Manhours to Changes / VORs in preparation. 
Provides input to the reimbursable Invoicing to Client (monthly) for the cost of Labour
Requirements
BSc with demonstrable experience - at least 5 years - as Cost Engineer on industrial EPC projects with value >M USD in either the O&G or similar industries.
