Job Purpose

To monitor, control, and report project costs to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets, while maintaining financial accuracy, efficiency, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Costing, Budgeting & Codes

• Prepare project budgets based on BOQ, drawings, and project scope.
• Develop cost breakdown structure (CBS) aligned with WBS.
• Understand cost codes, resources, and work breakdown structure (WBS).

Cost Monitoring & Control

• Track actual vs budgeted cost and perform variance analysis.
• Monitor material cost, labor productivity, and efficiency.
• Highlight cost deviations and support corrective actions.
