Position Title: In-Charge – Cost Accounting Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: Head – Finance / CFO Location: Sinnar, Nashik Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial (as applicable) Qualifications & Experience CA / ICWA (CMA) / MBA (Finance) – Mandatory 8–12 years of relevant experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience in audits, CAPEX analysis, and cost control initiatives Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, Inventory Valuation (AS-2), and MIS Expertise in MHR calculation, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work closely with production, procurement, engineering, and sales teams Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/etc.) and MS Excel Role Objective The In-Charge – Cost Accounting will be responsible for end-to-end costing, inventory valuation, margin analysis, budgeting, MIS, and cost control activities.
