We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accountant/Senior Accountant in Solano County, California. This position supports accurate financial reporting while providing meaningful cost and inventory insights that help leaders make informed business decisions. The role works closely with accounting, operations, sourcing, and finance teams to strengthen profitability, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance financial processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
• Maintain reliable accounting records and prepare reports that support compliance with U.S. accounting standards and internal reporting needs.
• Analyze product costs, standard costs, and manufacturing variances to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Monitor inventory accounting activities, including reconciliations, valuation reviews, and asset-related analysis.
