Cost accountant

Job Purpose The Cost Accountant will play a key role in managing and analysing the organisation's cost structures to support informed pricing decisions and drive financial efficiency. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate cost accounting systems, analysing product and manufacturing costs, and providing actionable insights through detailed reports. Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organisation. Analyse and recommend product costs and cost savings. Prepare and complete internal cost audits. Analyse the data collected and log a detailed record of the results. Analyse any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
