Cost Accountant / Cost Analyst (Ensenada)

• Calculate standard costs for finished goods and work-in-process (WIP) for SCPT & POD.
• Variance Analysis between actual and standard costs (material, labor, and overhead) and look for areas for improvement.
• Inventory Control, through monthly reconciliations and physical audits on the production floor.
• Allocate manufacturing overhead (MOH).
• Prepare ledger entries for material consumption, inventory adjustments, Expense allocations for SCPT & POD.
• Month end / Year end closing, actively support on reporting and financial audit.
• Work with US FP&A; team on Budget & Forecast preparation support, annual manufacturing costs and financial forecasting.
• Scrap reports valuation / Audit.
• Physical inventory support.
• Prepare monthly SCPT & POD CPU analysis and review with Plant Management and present in ME close meeting.
