About the Role
- The Operation and Monitoring Corporate Trainee will provide day-to-day support to team members, especially on daily operations and documentation. This includes understanding the monitoring process, gatekeeper of know how documents, supporting team to open/update/close any incidents, learn on creating a task in ServiceNow and basic troubleshooting of the incidents. Responsible for assisting Team Head with tracking documents eg KPI on a monthly basis and documenting it in SharePoint.
- The Operation and Monitoring Corporate Trainee must be team oriented / organize their own activities, working autonomously and with full accountability.
