Qualifications
- 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years in leadership role
- Strong experience with IT systems (Okta, Azure, Intune, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Background in IT security and compliance (SOC 2, PCI DSS)
- Knowledge of networking, systems, and endpoint management
- Experience in scripting, APIs, and automation
Responsibilities
- Lead APAC IT team and daily operations
- Manage corporate systems (identity, devices, apps, tools)
- Ensure IT security, compliance, and system reliability
- Handle escalations, incidents, and production support
- Drive IT improvements, projects, and cross-team coordination
