Qualifications

• Graduate of Juris Doctor and a member of Philippine Bar with good standing.
• With at least 10 years of experience in law firm as a lawyer and handled litigation cases.
• At least 5 years of experience in senior level management position.
• Must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess strong communication skills in English (oral and written)

Responsibilities

• A. Legal Review and Recommendation
  • Conduct comprehensive review on highly‑critical legal documents, ensuring the statements, terms, obligations, and other stipulations thereto are not detrimental to companys interest.
  • Provide legal recommendation on the highly‑critical matters being referred to the Legal Department, considering the legal risk and potential outcome of proposed actions.
