Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements (PSE, SEC, DOE).
- Oversee and provide legal advice to corporate and commercial transactions and special projects of the company (Project Finance, IPO, Mergers and Acquisitions).
- Prepare the framework contracts with the partners, the study‑specific contracts with sponsors, and with service providers.
- Maintain the legal documents of the company (Statutes, Rules of Internal Procedure) and prepare amendments whenever relevant.
- Prepare the framework for purchase policies and the call for tenders.
Qualifications
- Must be a BAR Exam passer.
- With at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Counsel/ In-house Lawyer.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
