In this pivotal role, reporting to the General Manager in London, you'll support First Quantum's access to capital and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting. You will oversee financial activities, lead budgeting initiatives, and maintain high standards in financial controls, working closely with teams to bolster operational efficiency and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Management’s Discussion and Analysis for Group reporting
• Manage corporate costs budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Implement effective financial controls and governance
• Lead and nurture a skilled finance team
Requirements:
• Must be a qualified CPA, CA with 5 years in finance
