Corporate Counsel

HomeTeam Live is a sports broadcasting and live streaming company serving leagues, teams, and venues across the world. Our distributed team operates across Canada, the United States, and South America. We are looking for a commercially minded Corporate Counsel. This is a hands‑on in‑house role with broad scope – you will own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, provide day‑to‑day legal guidance to the business, and serve as the primary point of contact for technology and privacy law matters across both Canada and the United States. You will also coordinate outside counsel on specialized legal matters, keeping engagements focused and cost‑effective.

This position is well‑suited to a lawyer who thrives independently, communicates clearly with non‑legal stakeholders, and is energized by working at the intersection of technology, business, and law.
