Core Payment Product Manager – Core Payment Products Team

A full‑time role reporting to the Director of Payments Product and working closely with the VP of Product. The core responsibility is to define and drive the strategic direction for the payments product portfolio, develop product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and translate strategy into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director and VP of Product to shape the long‑term product strategy for the payments portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, member needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
• Co‑develop an integrated product strategy with Platform Product Managers (Retail Payments and Lynx) to align retail, high‑value, and batch settlement platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate a multi‑year (3‑5‑year) product roadmap and a near‑term (12‑18‑month) delivery plan, balancing innovation, operational stability, regulatory co...
