Cut cores to the required specification.
Plan the core cutting schedule as per production planning sheets, including input on AS400.
Ensure waste is kept to a minimum.
Sort, clean and identify customer returned cores and store correctly.
Carry out stock checks of all cores as required.
Complete and follow all task cards and instructions relevant to operational area.
Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
Assist in direct training of new core cutting operators, including production operators, under the direction of your Supervisor, Manager or Training Manager.
