Role: Copywriter – Retail & Retention

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, compelling, and conversion-driven copy for retail across digital and in-store channels
• Create content for retention marketing initiatives including email, SMS/WhatsApp, push notifications, CRM journeys, and loyalty communications.
• Strong understanding of trends and ability to create real-time, moment-led content
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all customer touchpoints

Bonus:

• Prior experience in the jewellery industry
• Strong experience in retention marketing and retail content
