Project Overview:
The project involves supporting Capital One’s Brand Horizontal Servicing, Risk Events, and Spanish Implementation team by creating, editing, and translating customer-facing communications in both English and Spanish. The work primarily focuses on regulatory and operational communications, including letters and notices related to risk events, policy updates, credit limit changes, and customer account servicing. The role requires strong bilingual writing, grammar, and localization skills, with an emphasis on using neutral/international Spanish and maintaining Capital One’s brand voice across all communications.
