Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Copy Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of copywriters while delivering high-quality, engaging, and strategically aligned content across platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of brand voice, creative strategy, and team leadership to ensure impactful storytelling and consistent brand communication.
The ideal candidate will combine strong conceptual thinking with hands-on copy expertise and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Understanding & Alignment
Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s voice, tone, positioning, and messaging guidelines.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity, values, and communication objectives.
2. Content Strategy & Conceptualization
Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
