Monitor bot performance and continuously improve responses
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
Debug and troubleshoot conversational logic and integrations
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Knowledge of REST APIs and connectors
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
Familiarity with JavaScript or C#
Understanding of AI concepts (NLP, LLMs, prompt design)
