Coordinator

We are supporting a high‑performing, fast‑growing financial services firm in London in the search for a confident and highly organised Trading Floor Coordinator to support one or more trading desks. This is a visible, people‑facing role sitting at the centre of the trading floor. You will work closely with traders and teams day to day, helping keep everything running smoothly, from onboarding and logistics through to team coordination and events. It is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the thick of a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in making things work seamlessly.

The Role

This is a hands‑on coordination role with a strong service‑led and “muck in” mentality. You will act as a central point of contact on the trading floor, supporting the day‑to‑day needs of the desk while building strong relationships across the business.
