Coordinator, Live Haul Operations - Transportation

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Transportation Operations Coordinator (TOC). Working closely with the live haul managers across our network, the TOC will support the team in optimizing live haul transportation operations while managing the performance and availability of our fleet. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely and safe movement of live animals, coordinating with drivers, dispatch, and maintenance teams, and supporting strategic planning for fleet utilization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and adjust daily/weekly livehaul schedules to meet plant processing volumes and animal welfare standards.
• Communicate with drivers and dispatch to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track and report livehaul performance metrics including delays, incidents, and compliance issues.
