Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the franchise team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate franchise onboarding, compliance tracking, and communication between franchisees and the corporate office.
  • Coordinate all Franchise materials and organization in the Franchise Portal
  • Coordinate the processing of all vendor invoices and tracking payment issues/delays
  • Assist in managing financial administration, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and tracking expenses.
  • Maintain and organize confidential financial and franchise documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Character Mascot Management (SSC & TT) Lead contact for Mascot Management Companies
