Core Responsibilities
Document Review & Validation
- Verify completeness and accuracy of all documents related to title transfer.
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and company requirements before submission.
Title Transfer Processing
- Prepare, file, and process applications with relevant institutions, including but not limited to the Registry of Deeds (RD), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Assessor’s Office, Treasurer’s Office, and Local Government Units (LGUs).
- Ensure timely release of Transfer Certificates of Title (TCT) and Tax Declarations.
Coordination & Liaison
- Represent the company in dealings with government agencies and authorized officers.
- Follow up on pending applications and resolve discrepancies or issues as needed.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and update the status of each title transfer in the monitoring file. ...
