About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Analyze website and landing page performance to identify drop-off points.
- Design and execute A/B tests across pages, funnels, and campaigns.
- Improve conversion rates for leads, demos, and customer acquisition funnels.
- Use analytics tools to study user behavior and identify friction points.
- Work with design and development teams to implement optimization changes.
- Develop hypotheses based on data and continuously test improvements.
- Monitor funnel performance and report on conversion metrics regularly.
- Support optimization of paid and organic traffic landing experiences.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user journey optimization.
