Controls Vision Support/Specialist

Summary

/Objective:Support, repair, and update electrical controls and vision inspection systems in a production environment.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Support production by troubleshooting and repairing automated controls.

Startup, debug, qualify, and support controls install/upgrade on new and existing automated equipment.

Make program and hardware modifications/updates on automated control systems.

Field wire panels and equipment and make updates to electrical schematics as needed

Program motion controllers, PLCs, operator interfaces, robotics, and servo drives.

Support and maintain image processing hardware and programs using Windows-based PC systems.

Troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for reported issues on local production systems and tools.
