Controls Service Engineer

Responsibilities . Responsiblefor providing preventive maintenance service for BMS (Building ManagementSystem) . Carryout troubling shooting, analyzing and rectification of the system on time . Supportclient with system operation and recommendation for improvement . Dataanalyzing and determination of the system operation status . Responseclient's request and attend the issue in short notice . Supervisesubcontractor to carry out the work safely . Providethe assistance to colleague and mentoring actively . Ensure all works carried out in accordancewith the specified quality and EHS standards . Prepare and submit quotations, includingmaterial, labor, and scope of works . Perform replacement/repair, fit outworks/A&A for existing BMS site . Perform weekly standby on rotation schedule . Perform calibration and verification ofBMS sensors annually .
