About the Role

Introduction

The role involves addressing open issues on new and existing equipment within the Assembly platform, developing and implementing continuous improvement projects, and addressing daily performance issues as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls engineering, with expertise in PLC, CNC, and HMI controls, as well as experience in manufacturing equipment hardware and software design.



Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, or 8 years of relevant experience.

  • 5-7 years experience in manufacturing equipment hardware and software design practices & standards (i.e. PLC’s, HMI’s, servo systems, safety, etc.).

  • Proficient with PC hardware and commercially available software (i.e. Windows, etc.).

  • Knowledge of networks & database operation.

  • Knowledge of Siemens PLC's, drives, servos and software.<...
