About the Role
Our client, a portfolio company in the staffing industry, is seeking a hands‑on finance professional to support the business during a transition period. This is a full‑time contract opportunity for someone who can step in quickly, manage day‑to‑day finance operations, and help keep the function stable and organized within a small team environment. There is potential for the role to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Review cash position and support urgent disbursements and payment decisions
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activity and follow up on outstanding items
- Respond to finance‑related questions from management, internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Oversee timesheet submissions and billing processes
- Monitor ongoing finance and back‑office activities and resolve issues or bottlenecks
