Description We are looking for a Controller to join a manufacturing-focused team in Shelton, Connecticut on a Contract basis. This position will take an active role in overseeing close activities, strengthening financial reporting, and supporting planning through budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to accounting operations and can translate cost and variance data into practical business insight.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the monthly close process, ensuring entries are recorded accurately and reporting deadlines are met.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports that present clear and timely insight into business performance.
• Develop budgets and rolling forecasts to support planning, resource allocation, and financial decision-making.
