In this position, the Controller will lead and develop a team while reporting directly to the CFO, acting as a key partner and right-hand in driving the company’s financial strategy. The role is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the finance and accounting department within a professional services environment.
Responsibilities
+ Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
+ Monitor and enforce internal controls to protect company assets.
+ Conduct audits and provide information to external auditors to confirm the financial condition of the company.
