Controller for Pilot Training Operations Toronto

Take charge of pilot training operations in Toronto as a Controller, ensuring smooth scheduling and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with diverse teams within Flight Operations.
Reporting to the Manager of Crew Planning, your key task will be to execute and monitor pilot training schedules in the current month and adjust as necessary. This role demands a comprehensive knowledge of Navblue systems to track training compliance and recover disrupted events, all while adhering to Canadian Aviation Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute pilot training scheduling for immediate needs
• Optimize training within Navblue PBS and Ops systems
• Recover disrupted training, including simulator sessions
• Monitor training compliance and adjust as needed
• Provide updates and oversee communication with pilots
Requirements:
