Overview

The Principal Finance Controller is responsible for managing statutory reporting, tax compliance, and financial governance for assigned LATAM legal entities. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, hands‑on controllership experience, and effective collaboration with auditors, tax advisors, shared service organizations, and regional stakeholders in a multinational environment. The role also drives integration of acquired entities into company processes and ensures compliance with local statutory, tax, and VAT requirements.
