Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance controllership, statutory reporting, or audit. Demonstrated experience supporting LATAM entities in a multinational organization Experience with SAP, Blackline, Excel (advanced), and MS Office. Prior exposure to month-end closing, statutory reporting, and tax compliance processes. Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Approximately 25% travel BS in Accounting
