Contracts Representative II

_In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our contract management processes, ensuring that contracts are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures._

+ _Manage and negotiate contracts with customers_
+ _Provide comprehensive contractual support with respect to standard and 3rd party Non-Disclosure agreements (NDAs)_
+ _Identify and mitigate risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer-directed changes_
+ _Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements_
+ _Review and analyze contract terms and conditions_
+ _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues_
+ _Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation_
+ _Communicate and negotiate with Honeywell customers_
