Contracts Representative II

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our contract management processes, ensuring that contracts are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

+ Manage and negotiate contracts with customers
+ Provide comprehensive contractual support with respect to standard and 3rd party Non-Disclosure agreements (NDAs)
+ Identify and mitigate risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer-directed changes
+ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
+ Review and analyze contract terms and conditions
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
+ Communicate and negotiate with Honeywell customers
+ Advise internal clients regarding contractual requirements and Honeywell standards
