Job Vacancy: Project Manager

Reporting to the Manager of the Contracts Department, a vacancy exists for an individual who has initiative and drive and is able to work under pressure. The candidate is required to work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and ISO quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Define project objectives and goals on receipt of a contract.
  2. Prepare, monitor and update project programmes on a regular basis.
  3. Meet with customers to discuss project progress.
  4. Maintain excellent working relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  5. Liaise, as required, with customers, suppliers, and fellow employees.
  6. Monitor actual costs against budget costs and identify focus areas.
  7. Prepare compensation events in relation to impacts from the customer or others.
  8. Evaluate and report on contract performance monthly.
