Job Responsibilities Perform quarterly pricing analysis of all non-standard maintenance & service plans. Ensure that the approved prices are provided/uploaded into the SAP contracts system. Liaise with various departments to ensure the accuracy of service plan components for price setting. Liaise with the communications specialist to ensure that dealers & key stakeholders are informed of pricing adjustments timeously. Liaise with fleet customers/dealers with possible solutions on their Maintenance/service plan needs. Highlight any pricing discrepancies to the supervisor as soon as discovered. Calculate and draft customized fleet proposals for potential and current fleet customers. Calculate & distribute the annual government (RT57) Maintenance & Service plan prices for the 3 brands.
