Contracts Administrator (Commodities)

We are hiring an experienced a Contracts Administrator for one of our clients in the agricultural commodities trading sector. The role will be responsible for managing the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of trade contracts, ensuring accuracy, risk mitigation, and alignment with commercial trading terms.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, amend, and manage trade contracts for agricultural commodities
• Ensure contract terms are clear, accurate, and aligned with commercial agreements and trading practices
• Liaise with counterparties to review comments and resolve discrepancies in contractual terms
• Identify potential contractual and operational risks and ensure proper documentation is maintained
