Contract Team Lead

1) Job Purpose: To lead strategic contract management for Wind, Solar, and Hybrid renewable energy projects through effective drafting, negotiation, administration, and risk allocation of commercial agreements while ensuring legal compliance, governance adherence, cost optimization, and timely project execution. 2) Job Context & Major Challenges: Operating in a fast-paced renewable energy environment, the role manages complex and high-value contracts across EPC, WTG, BoS/BoP, IPP, and O&M projects involving multiple stakeholders, OEMs, contractors, and regulatory frameworks.
