CONTRACT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the TBU contract management system and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with Legal to follow up on contract review, revision, approval processes, and legal document requests
- Track TBU Capex hardware procurement and delivery progress
- Support vendor communication with basic negotiation capabilities
- Continuously optimize contract and procurement processes to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in contracts, procurement, or commercial roles
- Familiar with contract processes; experience working with Legal teams is a plus
- Basic negotiation skills and cost awareness
- Strong communication and coordination skills, high execution ability, and attention to detail
