  • Conduct audits as required by Felix, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Deliver clear transaction instructions and manage challenging conversations with a customer‑first approach.
  • Identify training needs, streamline processes, and mentor peers on manual tasks and audits.
  • Stay informed on system and policy changes, support software testing, and communicate requirements internally and externally.
